how this thing happen?in my case,its occured after restarting my phone when i change the language option.eventually,theres no indication at all that this problem would happpen.the phone was working perfectly and suddently after restart you just stuck at the logo.
the cause of this problem is said from the software.so if your finger can do a little magic trick on the software you can do it all by yourself otherwise send to the nearest phone repair shop (nokia service centre).the cost would be around RM50 in malaysia(if the avaxx or zitron warranty is void).the call centre located at the 1st floor of plaza berjaya,kuala lumpur.if you take monorail,you can find it on your right just after you enter the building from jalan imbi station (if im not mistaken).you are given option to either format phone memory and mass memory or phone memory only (compulsory).if you have made a backup for your phone recently,i suggest you go for both memory format since you have to reinstall everything that you ever had on the phone earlier.
morale is: do have your phone backup regularly since you dont know when things might happen
